Commercial licenses
You need a commercial license to use OwnLLM in production if you are a company or organization with total annual revenue (with affiliates) of US$5 million or more. See LICENSING.md for the full picture and docs/FOR-BUYERS.md for the procurement page.

- The fee is per organization (and its affiliates): unlimited users and devices, no usage charges.
- It covers production use of OwnLLM's own code for the versions you receive during the year. It does not change third-party licenses, and the models need no payment.
- Evaluation, testing, development, learning and research are always free.
- Prices are in US dollars and may change for new purchases; a license you hold keeps its price for its year.
How to get one
Open an issue titled "Commercial license" in this repository (use the template: company name and revenue band; do not post anything private). We reply with a way to continue in private, a quote and an invoice.
If you are unsure
If you are close to a threshold, or your situation is unusual, ask first. We would much rather talk than argue about a license.
